Chanpreet Uppal grew up in Caledon, Ontario in the small town of Palgrave, on a rural setting. He has been fortunate to get a wide range of experiences that have given him a great skill set to help his clients in their real estate journey. Chanpreet Uppal completed his diploma at Sheridan College for Community and Justice Studies and completed his Real Estate Program with Humber College. After Completing his studies, he went on to work in the trades for several years, until an opportunity came to work in a B2B sales role. This broad range of experience and education has given Chanpreet Uppal a unique insight in to how to bargain/protect his clients, find the best deals, how to leverage marketing strategies, and represent his clients to his full ability. Chanpreet Uppal grew up watching his parents as immigrants making an honest living through hard work & determination and investing in real estate. At a young age he decided that he was going to continue to learn and get involved with real estate as much as he could. From managing and maintaining these investments, to learning as much as he could about real estate, he realized he truly loves Real Estate. His goal and passion is to help find a perfect home that fulfills his clients dreams! Chanpreet Uppal is a proud husband and father to a lovely wife, and two wonderful children. He absolutely loves to get in a workout any chance he gets and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Some other hobbies you may catch him doing are working on projects around the house or working on cars.
