Dr. Gessica Di Stefano, PhD, Psychologist, Laval, QC, H7V, Hi there, I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering psychotherapy services to children, teens and adults who struggle with a variety of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, challenging life transitions, low self-esteem, negative self-image, trauma, self-injury, anger management and behavioural problems and social difficulties. My goal is to help clients develop proactive coping strategies in order to overcome obstacles and adversity, and achieve a fulfilling life. I use an integrative approach tailoring my therapeutic methods to the client's particular difficulties and needs.
