A Commissioner for taking Affidavits take affidavits or declarations by asking you to swear or affirm that what is in a document is true. Step One
Book an appointment with us at a day and suitable time for you by clicking here Book Now
Please ensure to include all of your contact information and a description of what type of form you need Notarized or Commissioned.
Step Two
Once we have made contact with you, normally within the next business day, we will determine a mutual time and location for the type of service you require.
Note: We do provide mobile services. For a small additional fee, you can arrange to have your documents notarized/commissioned in another location other than our office such as: home, hospital, retirement home, place of work, library, at any other designated area (as agreed upon).

We do not charge our services based on the number of pages your document has, rather the number of times that you require a seal/signature.
Step Three
Ensure to have all the documents that you require notarized/commissioned with you a the time of your appointment.
IMPORTANT:
As the person requiring Notarization/Commissioning, you must be physically present for the services to proceed.
Do Not Sign any of your documents ahead of time, as they must be witnessed to be notarized/commissioned.
Please bring at least (2) government issued ID’s to your appointment ( One must include your photo).
Step Four
We will meet at the agreed upon location and we will administer the Oath of Affirmation and will Commission your documents(s).
A payment transaction will take place once the document(s) have been Notarized/Commissioned via mobile Point of Sale. The following payments are accepted: Cash, E-transfer (must be processed on site), Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit, Apple Pay & Android Pay.
A receipt will be provided to you for the services you have been provided with.
