Les Conseillers du vin is a consulting firm specialized in alcoholic beverages founded in 1987 by Nick Hamilton. Consultant and instructor for the wine and hotel-restaurant industry, Nick Hamilton has been active in the alcoholic beverage industry since 1980. Author of the “Guide to Quebec beer” book, collaborator for Vins & Vignobles magazine, wine columnist for Vinivino website, sommelier for Alsace au menu events and tastings, accredited Bordeaux educator, teacher, consultant and guest speaker; his diversified expertise has enabled him to position himself amongst the highly respected wine professionals of Quebec and Canada.
