Welcome!Kristen Sparks is a WCCMT certified Spa Practitioner, Reflexologist, and Usui Reiki Master, specializing in relaxing massage & body treatments.Massage Goal- relieving physical discomfort and tension, creating a personal and relaxing experience, supporting the body's natural ability to heal, addressing muscles, joints, circulation, lymph, fascia, and skin, affecting the nervous and endocrine system, and decreasing stress hormones and nervous system tension. Reiki Goal- using this healing energy to serve you best at the time of your session. This gentle yet powerful energy can be calming, healing and nourishing, helping to balance the body's energy system. It has the potential to shift, heal, transform, soothe, nourish, calm, lower blood pressure, decrease anxiety, improve sleep, and more.*Clients generally report feeling relaxed, more flexible, rested and rejuvenated after their treatment; the overall experience being professional and peaceful in a calm environment.Spa Info- You are welcome to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time. She has eight years of professional experience at four award winning Vancouver Island spas, and two years of experience running K.Sparks Massage since opening in 2020.Kristen's training includes Swedish Massage, Usui Reiki, Reflexology, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Lomi Lomi, Deep Flow, Healing Jade Stone Massage; Kristen is currently enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training.
