Once the home for the E. Van Allen & Co. Shirt Company, this four storey building has been renovated into a contemporary office building with a variety of office spaces ranging from 200-10,000 square feet. At the centre of the building is a bright, four storey sunlit atrium with a marble-encased elevator.
