  Worst job I have ever had: Executive Director is full of himself constantly talking about how great he is, all his accomplishments etc., and if you do not help build his ego or praise him, you will be let-go so fast. The work is demanding, no one has been there long enough to help, and people quit within a couple of months of being there and they lie about why the person is gone. I knew some people through LinkedIn who worked there and they definitely were not fired or got another job as they said - they quit on the spot w/o notice. Managers are stressed, cranky and it's all about making quotas and EVERY client must be listed in the WorkBC ICM database as 'disabled' as the organization gets more money from the government for that status. Disgusting! I heard all the staff that worked there before he came on board were long-standing employees some for decades, but were either fired or quit b/c of him. I thought it would be OK b/c the pay is good but you couldn't pay me enough to work in a place that is as dysfunctional and toxic as this place is. I would rather starve than work there!
