PILATES 6-week registered session (Sunday morning @930am - 6 classes total) ~ NEW session begins Feb 12th @930am ~ RESTORATIVE PILATES 6-week registered session (Thursday evenings @530pm - 6 classes total) ~ NEW session begins Feb 23rd at 530pm ~ PILATES 4-week registered session (Mon & Wed @930am - 8 classes total) ~ Stay tuned for upcoming session dates in February ~ ADULT MMA (*included with your Adult BJJ & MMA Membership) OR choose a Drop In Class Pass for MMA Mondays & Tuesdays @7pm (*6oz sparring gloves & mouthguard required) YOUTH MMA (10-15yrs) 6-week registered session ~ Stay tuned for upcoming session date ~ Tuesdays @6pm (50min classes) * 4oz or 6oz (depending on childs size) MMA sparring gloves required * ADULT 16+ BJJ & MMA MEMBERSHIP Train in up to 6 classes/week for $109/mth +tax Includes 2 Gi & 2 no-Gi classes AND 2 MMA classes each week!
