We provide individuals with personal training programs that are uniquely designed to improve fitness, mental development and ultimately realization of your optimum potential. Our integrative programs combine fitness, yoga and nutrition in a fashion that equips each individual with the necessary tools to ensure their success. With 25 years of fitness experience and first place fitness model with the I.D.F.A. (International Drug Free Athletics). JL, a certified personal trainer, has worked with athletes involved in all levels of sport from recreational to pre-professional and elite professional athletes including NHL player’s, OHL player’s, the Ottawa Junior Senators, and the Ottawa Junior 67′s AAA organization.
