I help people on their Healing journey. Together we work through grief, trauma and loss using tools like yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling and other mindful practices. I support people as a doula through birth, postpartum, loss, death, trauma and grief. I run a book club, support groups and run courses, workshops and retreats.
