Fire Services | The Town of Okotoks

Okotoks Fire & Rescue is staffed by 32 full time firefighters and 20 Community Firefighters operating from two stations, and responding to over 1,000 calls a year. The Department is responsible for fire suppression, vehicle extrication, rescue, disaster services, minor hazmat cleanup and providing medical first response and medical co-response when requested by Alberta Health Services in the Town of Okotoks and in the surrounding rural area in the Municipal District of Foothills. Okotoks Fire also provides Mutual Aid to fire services in surrounding communities.
