Steve joined the financial services industry in 1998, starting at the Bank of Nova Scotia and later joining ScotiaMcLeod in 2003. He is committed to ongoing investment education and holds several industry designations including Financial Management Advisor (FMA), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Personal Financial Planner (PFP). Steve has also been recognized as a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). Steve believes in giving back to the community and has been involved with several not for profit organizations including Oakridge Optimist Minor Baseball, the Parkwood Hospital Foundation and Whitehills Childcare. When he is away from work Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and son Nate. In his spare time you will often find him coaching minor baseball and basketball.
