Located on Granville Island at the heart of Vancouver, British Columbia - The Liberty Distillery offers Vancouver’s best hand-crafted, premium spirits made from 100% BC organic grain. Specializing in award-winning Vodka, Gin, and Barrel-Aged Whiskey and Unaged Whisky - we pay homage to old traditions, by fermenting and distilling onsite following exact recipes. We perfect each batch by meticulously controlling every step from the fermentation of our selected organic grains to the triple distillation process in our handmade copper stills. We are open 7 days a week on Granville Island.
