Thrive Centre | Faculty of Kinesiology | University of Calgary

The Thrive Centre is a free, volunteer-run, innovative fitness facility at the University of Calgary that offers evidence-based exercise oncology programming for pediatric, young adult, and adults living with cancer, and their support persons. Our exercise oncology programming includes our research-based group programs (ACE, EXCEL), open gym hours, and Thriving 1-on-1 personal training. Currently, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Thrive Centre programming is mainly delivered online.
