A greek orthodox monastery founded by Elder Ephraim. The sisters run a cheese factory Le Troupeau Benit, homemade products and orthodox icons and crafts. The monastery is open daily to visitors, at the boutique you can purchase cheeses, pastries, frozen meals, soaps, candles, orthodox icons and religious items.
